  • Timeline: 3-4 weeks

    • Everything in the Starter Hire Package

    • Full applicant management (filtering, communication, shortlist creation)

    • Up to 5 interviews conducted or co-hosted

    • Offer template + onboarding checklist

    • 30-day new hire check-in support

    • Job posting on up to 3 platforms included

  • Includes:

    • Up to 2 hiring processes/month

    • Ongoing team role refinement and org structure support

    • Applicant and interview management

    • Offer letter + onboarding setup

    • Weekly Slack check-ins + priority support

    • Monthly hiring reports and insights

    • Job posting fees included (up to 3 platforms per role)

    Hiring Support

    • Up to 2 full-service hiring processes per month

    • Job description creation, applicant screening, and top candidate selection

    • Interview coordination + customized question banks

    • Offer letter template + onboarding checklist delivery

    Onboarding & Benefits

    • Onboarding flow setup for each new hire

    • Custom welcome emails, checklists, and 30-day plans

    • Benefits admin support (open enrollment, adds/removals, broker coordination)

    Employee Relations

    • 2 hours/month of consulting for team dynamics, performance issues, or conflict resolution

    • Voxer or Slack support (within 48h response time)

    Strategic Oversight

    • Ongoing org chart planning + role structure support

    • Monthly HR report with status updates, key insights, and next steps

    Communication Access

    • Slack communication (Mon–Fri, 48h response)

    • Weekly status check-ins

      Month-to-month agreement with a minimum 2-month commitment. No surprise fees. No HR chaos. Just strategic, streamlined support.

  • Onboarding Flow Setup

    Includes: checklist, welcome email templates, Day 1/Week 1 plan

    • Flat rate: $275–$350

    • Timeline: 1 week

    Optional: Add a quick 30-min training call for $75 more

    Benefits Admin Support

    Need someone to handle the admin side of employee benefits? I’ll work with your existing broker to make sure your team gets signed up, offboarded, and supported—without dropping the ball.

    Includes:

    • Coordination with your benefits broker

    • Open enrollment communication support

    • Adding/removing employees from plans

    • Benefits email templates for onboarding/offboarding

    Timeline: ongoing or as-needed

    $125/hour or Monthly Retainer: $300/month (covers up to 3 hours/month)

    Optional: Add to your hiring or onboarding package for smoother transitions.

    Employee Relations Consulting

    Includes: as-needed support for team issues, performance convos, HR policies

    • Hourly: $125/hour

    • OR Retainer: $375/month for up to 3 hours of consulting + Voxer access

    • This one is super flexible and great as a soft “I need advice now” offering

    Smooth Scaling Bundle

    For teams hiring and growing fast. Includes:

    • Onboarding flow setup (checklist, welcome emails, Day 1/Week 1 plan)

    • Benefits admin support (open enrollment, adds/removals, broker coordination)

    • 2 hours of employee relations consulting (team issues, performance convos, policies)

    • Flat rate: $750
