Need someone to handle the admin side of employee benefits? I’ll work with your existing broker to make sure your team gets signed up, offboarded, and supported—without dropping the ball.
Includes:
Coordination with your benefits broker
Open enrollment communication support
Adding/removing employees from plans
Benefits email templates for onboarding/offboarding
Timeline: ongoing or as-needed
$125/hour or Monthly Retainer: $300/month (covers up to 3 hours/month)
Optional: Add to your hiring or onboarding package for smoother transitions.
Employee Relations Consulting
Includes: as-needed support for team issues, performance convos, HR policies
Hourly: $125/hour
OR Retainer: $375/month for up to 3 hours of consulting + Voxer access
This one is super flexible and great as a soft “I need advice now” offering
Smooth Scaling Bundle
For teams hiring and growing fast. Includes:
